Standard Bank seems to be the worst bank I have ever banked with. The so-called fraud team are holding on to my money that came from the United Kingdom for the past 5 days without any appropriate communication.
The money was worked for, so Standard bank have no right to hold on to it. The money was only transferred to South Africa because we are in South Africa doing charity work. What sort of investigation is being done that has not been completed for about 5days now.
